Copy Master Certificates
We’ve reimagined master certificate workflows by eliminating the need to create from scratch a new master certificate with each policy update. Instead, there are new streamlined, intelligent processes that leverage the information found in the existing master certificate.
When there are policy changes or when changes need to be made to the Master Remarks, a new Copy Master action allows you to duplicate the information on the existing Master Certificate. From there, you can update just the necessary information.
This new way of managing master certificates saves time, reduces errors, retains more context throughout the life cycle of master certificates, and helps your agency service insureds faster and more effectively.

Exciting things are on the horizon for EZLynx® Reporting & Analytics! We’ve been investing in new technology and working to develop the next generation of reporting to meet the growing needs of our customers.
We unveiled these new capabilities to customers at Applied Net 2023, and we’re very pleased to announce that early access is now being provided to all agencies. During the early access period, both the old and new reporting modules will be available. You will not lose access to the reports you already count on today.

The EZLynx for Gmail add-on creates a bridge between EZLynx and your inbox. Emails are automatically matched to applicants or can be searched for and associated manually. From there, you can mark actionable items, add notes and reminders, and even manage tasks — all from within Gmail.
Email attachments can be easily uploaded and attached to the proper record in EZLynx. If the email has embedded images (e.g., a logo in an email signature), the add-on will automatically recognize those images as embedded and not import them. With email threads and attachments stored to the applicant's account, you’ll always have a current history of communication.

New Producer and CSR Designations
To differentiate the sales and servicing responsibilities within your agency, we’ve revised the name of the Assigned To field to Assigned Producer and added a new CSR field.
The Assigned Producer label identifies the salesperson who originated the Applicant, while the CSR field identifies the person servicing the account.
Renaming the Assigned To field to Assigned Producer is simply a name change. Functionally this field still controls who owns the Applicant. This enhancement applies to all Applicant pages for personal and commercial lines business.

Over the past year, EZLynx has been working on completing its integration with the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV). Previous enhancements included access to the RMV database from inside EZLynx for integrated lookup of drivers, vehicles, incidents, and custom forms.

Automation Center – New Policy Change Request Workflows
We’ve expanded the functionality of the EZLynx Automation Center with two new workflows related to Policy Change Requests.
- Policy Change Request – Open: Automates client communication to let them know their request has been received and is being worked on. This is particularly valuable when insureds submit their change requests via your customer portal. You can also create a task for the agent to follow up on and ensure it is accurately processed by the carrier.
- Policy Change Request – Confirmed: Automatically notifies insureds via email or text that their request is completed, and they can proceed to get their most recent proof of insurance from your agency’s customer portal (EZLynx Client Center).

We have expanded our Change Request functionality to now include Personal Package Policies. Similar to the workflow for a Commercial Lines Package Policy, on the first step of the Change Request process, you will see the primary line of business listed as Personal Package Policy, with its respective sub-lines of business listed below.
EZLynx provides a start-to-finish process for initiating, requesting, monitoring, and verifying policy change requests. This means you can closely manage the quality of service and communication with insureds, as well as the accuracy of carrier submissions and responses.
