  • For retention, we developed tools to support agencies in preserving their existing books of business, addressing the nationwide difficulties of placing new business.

These efforts resulted in innovative functionality that has made a meaningful difference for agencies across the country.

Our work in 2024 earned recognition within the industry, including:

With advancements in generative AI, we’re creating solutions that reduce these burdens, allowing employees to focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Simplifying Sales

Over half of surveyed EZLynx agencies cite acquiring new customers as a top challenge. Building on last year’s progress, we’re enhancing tools to:

A key initiative includes our partnership with Citizens, streamlining the process for writing Florida homeowners’ insurance. By removing friction, we help agencies boost growth and profitability.
